User Manual
We’ve built this User Manual to help you set up tracking for your online sales systems within VisiOlo. If you haven’t already, you’ll want to take a look at the tutorial videos. They give a great overview of VisiOlo as well as video demonstrations of how to do specific tasks within VisiOlo.
The Purpose of VisiOlo
You created a VisiOlo subscription, so it is safe to say that you want to have a reliable and effective way to track and measure your online marketing results, but it is also safe to say that you might not really know what VisiOlo is and what it can do for you.
The primary purpose of VisiOlo is to provide you with the information you need to optimize your sales systems. Small, consistent improvements over time can have a massive impact on your overall profitability and the health of your business. And when you consider optimizing your results, nothing could be more important than the systems that generate sales and income for you – your sales systems.
Did you know that the Apollo Moon Missions were off course 80% of the time? Astounding, isn’t it? With the brightest minds in the world working on the project, they could not create a navigation system that kept the rockets on course – yet they were able to land within 12 feet of their target!
How did they do it? They had excellent measurement tools in place to tell them when the rocket was off course, and they applied those measurements in the form of constant course corrections. Result – target reached.
There is a lesson here for all of us: if you can measure your progress accurately, it doesn’t matter of you are right all of the time, only that you can quickly detect when you are off course and make corrections along the way.
VisiOlo is about tracking the most important measurements in your sales systems and providing you with the information and insights you need in order to make corrections and improvements.

As you are working with VisiOlo, you will notice that some areas have helpful tool tips right there at your fingertips. Access tool tips by mousing over the symbol or column titles with a dashed underline .
If tool tips are not enough, you will want to reference this user manual to find your answers, or post to the user forum. We’ll be glad to help you.
We are continually working to make VisiOlo easier to set-up and use for you, but it does take a bit of work on your part in the beginning. Take it one system at a time and remember, once you have everything set up, you won’t have to touch it – VisiOlo will work tirelessly to collect your data and present it to you in a usable way.
