Using Your Own Domain Name with VisiOlo Links

When you create a VisiOlo link, it looks like this:
http://visiolo.com/t/9999
But, wouldn’t you rather use a link that has your own domain in it like this?
http://YourDomain.com/t/9999
If you want to use your own domain for links, all you need to do is add a single file to your server.
Here are the steps:
1) Download the user domain link file here and save it on your hard drive
2) Un-zip the file and upload it’s contents to a unique directory on your domain. We suggest using /t/ as the folder name because that will make link modification as easy as possible, but you can use whatever directory you want to use as long as there are no other files in that directory.
3) Modify your VisiOlo link. If you took our advice and used /t/ as the directory for the domain link file, then all you need to do is change ‘visiolo‘ to your domain in the link. The copmplete link syntax is http://Domain.Extension/directory/linkID
Also, you can still use URL Variables with tracking links that are built with your own domain.
